To prevent accidents, we strongly recommend establishing and implementing a regular maintenance procedure.

Checks playground
First of all make a planning!
Make an inventory of all the elements in your playground.( you can use the plan of the supplier as guideline) Plan what is needed daily, monthly and annually to maintain them. If this is all clear, you can decide which tasks you can carry out yourself, which you leave to your staff members and which you outsource to experts.
This list will help you to make a good maintenance plan make sure you don’t miss anything.
1: Start before opening he work day with a check around or have an involved and experienced employee do this.

2: Check the condition of all the playground equipment in the park.

If you have digital elements in your playground, for example touchscreen games or a ValoJump test them at the beginning of each working day. In the event of a defect the supplier can often do the job remotely
7: Important is it all clean and dust-free.
Make sure everthing is cleaned and disinfect. If you need information about desinfection please contact us. Regularly wipe down all the areas you can reach with a wet cloth. This is not only good for hygiene, but also looks neat.
If you see a lot of dust simply use the vacuum cleaner.
8: Ballpool
Cleaning the balls one by one is a time consuming job. Save time and effort and use a ballpoolcleaner. Clean the balls at least four times. More information about the ballwashing machine contact us.

The success of maintenance starts with making a plan!
The trampoline needs regular maintenance this to maintain the safety but also the attractivity. Checks need to be done both at the bottom and the top of the structure.
This list will help you to make a good maintenance plan make sure you don’t miss anything.
1: Check the spring surfaces for damage.
If scratches or holes are noticed, it is important to replace the jump sheet as soon as possible!
2: Check that there are no broken springs.
If there are replace them immediately with new springs.
3: Check if the paddings are still at the right place to prevent stumbling hazards.
And check if the emergency exits and nets are still functional that there are no damages.
4: Tidiness: Check that there are no loose items are lying around.
If you find something, throw it away or put it in the lost and found.
5: Cleaning: To clean the structure you can use a damp cloth and if necessary use a mild disinfectant.
You can clean the paddings and the plateforms. Hoover the park regularly don’t forget the space under the structure ( if you can reach it)
